“check-in 流程極差。check-in 使用線上，限制20點前要填資料繳費check-in 取得線上開門連結，不然就要提這行李罰站在大門口敲門沒人回、線上客服也不回應的狀態。線上checkin 還要填一堆資料跟信用卡付款稅。 早餐家庭式自助吧，補菜有點慢，該有的都有算豐富，基本上吃飽沒問題，口味ok，值不值得就見仁見智。 住宿就兩層樓沒有電梯，二樓要小扛行李，木地板晚上走路會比較大聲。 這次住豪華雙人房，房內住宿沒什麼大問題，浴室整潔。有些房型還有小沙發算大的。”

Our room has an alcove furnished with bunkbed, a perfect hideaway for our teenagers who say this is their best hotel stay yet! Hotel is conveniently located in Oude Delft, within a short walk from the train and tram stations, the Oude Kerk Nieuwe Kerk, Musee Prinsenhof Delft, Royal Delft Museum and TU Delft. Rotterdam and Den Haag are a short train/tram ride away.……

“Every think was excellent. Just check in was not on time. I didn't have exact address of the room and the hist didn't was available on checking time. So I had to go to another hotel for afew hours and pay 26 euro. After 3 hours host send me the chech in details.”

“The location of this property is perfect for visiting historic Delft with easy walking access to the main square. The views from the balcony of the old and new churches we wonderful. We prepared several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and found grocery stores to be a short walk. The unit was spotless when we arrived and the remote check in process was simple. BizStay provided all of the necessities and the front office staff is very approachable and helpful. Compared to our lodging in Bruges……
